Our Pizza Fries are the perfect mash-up of two favourites – all the cheesy, herby goodness of a pizza, served hot over a bed of crispy golden fries.
We start with skin-on fries, cooked until golden and crispy. Then we spoon over a generous helping of rich pizza sauce, topped with stretchy mozzarella and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. A blend of fragrant Italian herbs finishes it off before it goes in the oven to bake until melted and golden.
The result? Gooey, cheesy, saucy fries that taste just like your favourite pizza – with no gluten in sight. This dish is completely gluten free and made with care in our family-run kitchen here in Ingoldmells, Skegness.
